The Space
The South Conference Center, located in the brand-new North Capitol Building, will be available starting Tuesday, January 20th, ready for 2026 Legislative Session! This space is perfect for large gatherings such as naturalization ceremonies, luncheons, conferences, and so much more.
Special event insurance required for use.
This space can be combined with the North Conference Center (both space fees still apply).
Screens, projectors, and podium with a microphone are included.
The South Conference Center connects to a green room and catering kitchen.
Diagrams are due no later than 1 month prior to the event. Please see the following:

Examples of a pseudo event include any government event outside of regular business hours and military commissioning ceremonies.
