Event Applications

If you are interested in scheduling a room, event, or art exhibit at the Capitol, please complete and submit the appropriate application form. The Art Event and Display Application will need to be saved to your computer and submitted via email. All other applications will be directly sent to the Capitol Preservation Board and a response will be received with in 24 business hours.

Please contact the Capitol Preservation Board at 801-410-0011 to make payments over the phone, or visit our office between 8:00am and 5:00pm weekdays.
