Advance Booking: Applications may be submitted up to 364 days in advance of your event date.

Capitol Preservation Board (CPB) Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM excluding holidays in Suite 120 of the Capitol building

Submit Application: Complete the appropriate online form above. (Note: Adobe may send a confirmation email to verify your address before finalizing your submission). Once completed, Adobe will email you a copy of your submitted application.

Receive Confirmation Email: Wait for an email from Capitol Scheduling confirming receipt of your request.

Please note: A submitted application does not guarantee a booked venue. This email will clarify availability, ask necessary logistical questions, or confirm your booking. A response can be expected within 1 business day.

Secure Your Reservation (Public and Pseudo Events Only): For Public events, your reservation is only finalized once CPB receives your non-refundable administrative fee and required deposits. For Pseudo events, your reservation may be finalized once CPB receives your security deposit.
